REV Auction CANCELLED this Sunday, due to City of Buford shutting down Auction. The City of Buford again targets the Tannery Row Artist Colony by shutting down Four Seasons Auction Gallery. This is yet another targeted effort by the City of Buford on this specific location. We have not received all the details surrounding the auction’s shut-down, but the city told owner that if the auction were to take place, the city would come in during the auction and shut down the Tannery Row Ale House and take away their license, then causing two local businesses to be shut down by the city for what appears to unethical use of power and resources. The auction house runs their auction with the use of the stage within the Tannery Row. They have successfully held over 13 auctions prior to this occurrence without any city issues or citations. Owner, Charles, is looking at several options of resolutions for this unforeseen closing. Anyone that may have property that is to be sold at auction with Four Seasons, may contact Charles at 470-589-1652. It has been offered to Four Seasons to hold their September auction in conjunction at Hell on Wheels and Gear Jam Vintage Drags at the Atlanta Dragway on October 21st, 2017. This decision has not been made as of yet. The offer has been made to support Four Seasons auction. This is only temporarily effort to possibly move and hold the auction at this location in order to continue to provide the excellent services Four Seasons has been recognized for so many years.
